Allen Parish School Board Notice of Non-Discrimination

The following statement is to inform all students, parents of students, employees of the Allen Parish School Board, and any other parties involved with the district. The Allen Parish School Board demonstrates its commitment to non-discrimination through efforts to comply fully with the requirements of Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex (including sexual harassment and sexual assault); Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, nationality; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 which prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability; and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of age.
